How to place an order?

What are your shipping times?
Orders are shipped within 48 business hours (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Do you have a tracking number?
Yes. A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order ships (usually within 48 business hours of purchase).

What are the delivery times?
Quebec/Canada: 2 to 7 business days

Do you deliver outside of Canada?
No. At this time, we only ship to Canada .

Do you have a physical store?
No. We are an online store only. All orders are placed through our website and shipped to the address you provide at the time of purchase.

Are your games tested?
Yes, all our games are tested and verified before shipping.

Do you sell copies or originals?
We only sell original products (no reproductions or unofficial copies).

Can I return an item?
Yes, you have 14 days after receipt to request a return if the item is defective or non-compliant.

Who pays the return shipping?
In the event of an error or defective product, we will cover the costs. Otherwise, they are the responsibility of the customer.
